Starting Out

Begin using your Sherpa Cart by first going on short trips. Gradually, work your way up to longer, more challenging outings.
For best results, use on flat, smooth surfaces. Do not overload your cart at first. Start by testing yourself with loads you can comfortably handle on short hikes or picnics. Realize different trails can be much harder if too rocky or steep, and take into account your individual strength and conditioning while planning your trip. The Sherpa Cart can minimize soreness, fatigue, and even back injuries caused by backpacking or lugging gear. Larger loads can be taken into many remote areas which can extend the range and length of outings.
