Since no Sherpa Cart is indestructible, the warranty does not cover defects attributed to or resulting from normal wear or tear, abuse, improper assembly, or accident. It does not cover bends in the frame or parts. It also does not apply to any unit that has been altered by component parts, substitutions, or used for rental or other commercial uses.

Sunrise Sport Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of this warranty and under no circumstances shall its liability exceed the price of defective products or parts, tires, and tubes not warranted by Sunrise Sport Inc.

This warranty does not cover personal injuries, damages to or failure of the cart/ trailer or any other losses due to accident, improper use, neglect, misuse, abuse, normal wear, improper assembly or improper maintenance, It is the owner's responsibility to be certain that the Sherpa Cart is correctly assembled, properly used, and adequately maintained. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may very from state to state.

Service under this warranty is available to the original consumer purchaser by returning the product to our customer service department. We will replace, without charge, those components that are determined by us to be defective in manufacture under normal use. Transportation costs and labor charges incurred in the replacement of parts are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
